You will  responsible for the operational development and oversight of all Global Studies-- start-up to closeout.

You will lead the technical, protocol-specific, and operational aspects of gene therapy trials from early stage pre-clinical through clinical trials.

Requirements:

advanced degree preferred.

10+ years of experience in Pharma-- with at least 8 years of clinical operations management experience.

Experience managing CRO relationships

Experience with gene or cell therapies and/or rare orphan diseases REQUIRED
