• Building the ABEC marketing and communications function from the ground up. Developed and implemented brand, product message, and marketing channels to attract and engage users. Increased ABEC’s marketing reach from zero to 380K touches by 2022 year-end, leading to millions of dollars in projects from new US and international customers.
• Producing the framework of positioning, messaging, branding, communication, and go-to-market plan for Systech, supporting multi-million-dollar annual revenue growth, while reducing annual marketing expenses by $150K+.
• Initial recruitment to market Smiths Detection X-ray technology domestically, within $50K budget. Globalized marketing and transformed business unit leadership from domestic to global position shepherding multiple technologies, managing up to $6M marketing budget supporting generation of tens of millions of dollars in annual growth.
